In accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic about the state of emergency, the organizers cancel a range of performances or postpone them to other dates. Thanks to restricted operation of most sales points of the Colosseum Ticket network of Perfect System, s.r.o., this Central Reservation Office from April 1 2020 takes care of refunds of cancelled performances of tickets purchased in the Colosseum Ticket network. We will refund you as soon as possible, at last to 90 days based on operation possibilities.

Did you pay online, by bank transfer or by invoice?

We will refund payment to an account from which the tickets were paid if the organizer agrees with the automatic refund of these payments. If the refund isn’t automatic,

the organizer or the Colosseum Ticket Central Reservation Office will inform you. If you are not sure, please, fill in the form below or send to email address info@colosseumticket.cz with the declaration on word of honour attached that you are the tickets holder, this information: name, surname, account number where money should be sent, date and title of the performance, ticket number (11-digit number), for foreign payments we need name of the account holder, address of the account holder, IBAN, SWIFT CODE.

Do you have the tickets within subscription fee?

Performances within subscription fee will take place in substitutive term. The organizer or the Colosseum Ticket Central Reservation Office will contact you.

If you don’t want to refund and support the organizer of the event (performance), send us please to email address info@colosseumticket.cz withthe declaration on word of honour attached that you don’t want refund, this information: name, surname, date and title of the performance, ticket number(11-digit number).
